Signalling–chromatin–transcription circuits in cancer

We trace how extracellular signals are converted through chromatin regulators and transcription factors into durable malignant programmes.
Central question

Which nodes connect oncogenic signalling to selective transcriptional output and drug resistance?

Oncogenic signalling changes more than pathway activity: it reorganises the transcriptional machinery that defines cell identity. The laboratory integrates signalling, chromatin and RNA biology to identify the points at which this information becomes a stable cancer dependency.

The work is designed to move from mechanism to therapeutic prioritisation, with particular emphasis on breast cancer and glioblastoma.
